Speaking has always been my big problem. With Alex I learned grammar, pronunciation and ways of speaking. I learned how to think in English without any translation and to be more confident with my speaking. It has been a nice experience and my Australian friends told me that I improved a lot.

I received my OET results few days ago and still can not believe that I passed the test (all B’s) on the first attempt. I think I will believe it when I get the OET certificate mailed to me. I would like to thank you for your time, help and dedication to teaching English.

I studied for almost 3 months with Alex when I was living in Sydney to improve my “business English”. It was a great experience, mainly when he asked me to imitate Queen Elizabeth speaking in order to “cut down” my French accent. I felt very comfortable with his way of teaching grammar, idiomatic expressions and also how to ask my hair cutter what I wanted. And the best was when we were debating about current “society” topics because we didn’t always agree but it was definitely the best way to be spontaneous.

The classes with Alex, formed benchmark for my success in OET. He is very knowledgeable and informative about the steps and actions need to embrace success. Just, because of his persistent directions and guidance, my path to reach goal became “a cake walk”. I can never forget his constant endurance to motivate me for success and get my score.

Alex definitely helped me to improve my english. He understood what my common English mistakes were and he helped me to correct myself and now I am more confident when I speak, I know that I am not perfect but every time I speak, I think about Alex’s words: “take your time, speak natural and be careful with your intonation”.

I would like to highly recommend Alex as an English Tutor. Alex was my tutor for more than one year. He helped me to identify my weaknesses and strengths. He developed a course in accordance with my needs, focussing on grammar and also speaking. We have met twice a week for the last year and I have noticed that my English has really improved.
