Groundhog Day Makes You Think
Here are some questions which have not yet been answered completely. What would you do if you had an eternity? What would you do if you were trapped in a life that repeats the same thing day after day? I think you can find your own answer after watching “Groundhog day” starring Bill Murray (Phil) and Andie MacDowell (Rita).
We Will All Die Someday
To be honest, I raised the same questions after watching this movie. Well, here are some answers from my perspective. Actually, most of us are living in a situation that experiences the exact same thing everyday. The majority of us have got used to it and have not realized our numbness which is just like the people in the movie. Why is this? It is just a matter of how you think. Some people think positively and some people don’t. The fact is that we cannot evade the fact that we will die someday. So, why don’t we spend the rest of our days meaningfully? I think it is better than wasting our time. Moreover, we will have no regrets when we close our eyes in the final moment of our life.
Help As Many People As You Can
If you were immortal, what would you do? I think this movie has given us such a good answer – learn anything you want to learn, get to know the people around you and help as many people as you can.
Love Is the Reason for Us To Live
However, I think this completely depends on your personality as goals may change from time to time. There are plenty of movies that support my opinion. For example, “The Vampire Chronicles” tell the story of two immortals different lives. Although there is lots of uncertainty around this opinion, there is one thing that we can be sure about! Love is the reason for us to live. Without love, life is like a blossoming flower without water and soil. Eventually it will fall. So what are you waiting for? It is time to show your love to the people around you. Don’t leave it till it’s too late to show.
